The jobs in this level are responsible for performing day-to-day office activities supporting employees and visitors in ways that will contribute to enhance business performance and ensure satisfaction.



Implement the Administration and Support policies and procedures
Carry out assigned activities in specified area with minimal direct supervision


Administration and Support :

Maintain information libraries where needed, identify new sources of information, respond to ad hoc requests for data, information or analysis
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
Conduct paper or electronic filing, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material
Communicate with employees and visitors to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address queries
Support general office duties, such as ordering supplies and performing data entry and maintaining database
Open, sort, and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail without delays that might affect the business operations
Record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports for a better presentation
Greet visitors and accompany them to specific individuals or department when needed
Attend meetings and assist in recording minutes
Perform basic research as and when required
Review simple requests from other departments and ensure to manage them as per request and within required timeframe
Perform non-routine maintenance services as and when required
Review documents (passport, medical results, etc.) of all new and existing employees and visitors before submission to the relevant government authorities ensuring adherence to concerned regulations


Regulatory Affairs Special Services :

Receive medium requests and prepare reply in coordination with concerned parties
Maintain access to information (voice or data) and collect needed information as per requests
Communicate news and information related to external factors or major cases such as Rains, Earthquakes, etc.


Diploma Business Administration, Sales or Equivalent

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
