Data analyst aspires for a detailed understanding of the existing and target customers, and leads all data analysis and research activities (with a main focus on digital communication & usability enhancement) to improve the digital communication, customer value proposition and customer experience.


Digital Data analysis:

Help the team identify potential focus areas for enhancement across the digital customer acquisition funnel, interpret results, derive actionable insights and communicate findings  for channels enhancement  and communication objectives                          

Performance review and analysis of digital advertisement and customer activity on digital channels

Review and analysis of customer usage and activity for usability enhancement                   

Customer Behavior:

Encourage customers to shift behavior towards online sales and revenue in order to increase profits and reduce cost                               


Analyze e-channels statistics and performance and develop recommendations                   

Implement improvements to policies and procedures in order to deliver high-quality services      




Bachelors in Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Software Engineering, Marketing                        


- Analytical and problem solving skills

- Research design, planning and execution experience

- Qualitative and quantitative market research experience
